                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF THE 3400 BLOCK OF GLENDON DRIVE
                   ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 31, 1990, FROM 5:00
                   P.M. TO 8:00 P.M. FOR THE "ANNUAL GLENDON
                   PLACE HALLOWEENIE ROAST," UNDER CERTAIN
                   CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
                 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of the 3400 block of Glendon Drive on 
Wednesday,
       October 31, 1990 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the "Annual
       Glendon Place Halloweenie Roast" provided that the sponsors shall 

       set out and pick up all road closed and detour signs in 
accordance
       with the traffic control plan attached hereto and shall provide,
       at all times, an access lane for fire and other emergency
       vehicles.
